Asked: 40 pounds in a month with this diet and insanity workout ?

I am doing the abc diet and the insanity workout for one month will i be able to lose 40 pounds in 30 days ? I weight 170 and am 55 i am 13 i also run 15minutes a day and go on the eliptcal and play base ball 4 times a week plz answer i dont care if its unhealthy either
